It needs a fresh coat of paint and few jobs finishing. However, this house can be yours for just a £50 ticket! It comes with several out-buildings and is set in 1,200 m2 of land. The winner will need to come to Bulgaria to complete all of the paperwork and to transfer the ownership of the property. However, this can be done at anytime to suit the lucky winner! The legal costs for transfer are included in the prize. The furniture is not included. Good luck everyone!
