OPEN ARMS SHELTER and Mental Health Resource Center is new and seeking to raise funds to complete the renovation of our first home for the homeless. The small number of homeless guests we serve will allow us to be very effective. Our guest can even bring their pets. WE ARE A PSALM 83: 2-3 SHELTER WE MAKE LIFE BETTER FOR OTHERS.
