A talented artist and fashion accessories designer, Gill works on the Fashion Course at the Arts University Bournemouth and runs evening leatherwork classes. The school trip to Costa Rica is in 2022. The group will be working on projects in the community which will include building homes, schools or other facilities. Gill's son will have just finished his GCSEs and this trip will allow him to support a disadvantaged community and will broaden his horizons. It's hoped that all the students taking part will develop an understanding of the challenges facing third world countries today. The trip costs £4,500 and so this is the first of many raffles that we will be doing over the next 18 months! Gill wants to use her skills, talent and years of experience making accessories to make this Costa Rica adventure possible for her son.
