The house is ideal for family's and we renovated it with this in mind however due to covid the property market is really slow and we have decided to raffle the house giving anyone the chance to own it. We are in the process of migrating to Australia so it would be great to give someone else a new start with a fantastic home. This raffle is 100% genuine the way raffall works is we need to generate enough ticket sales to cover the cost of our home , raffall take 10% of the ticket sales therefore we must sell tickets , if not enough tickets are sold to cover the cost of the home then when the draw takes place the winner will receive 75% of the ticket sales money and we receive nothing, but keep the house, if we sell all of the tickets then the draw will take place immediately instead of waiting for the end date and the house will be given as the prize.
