A Newly renovated 3 bedroom Town house close to all amenities in Waterford City. Completely renovated throughout, with own drive for parking. The property has been extensively refurbished with complete full re-wiring, plumbing and heating including new combi boiler. All windows + doors replaced and a full bi-folding door added to back of the house to bring the living area into the back garden. House comes fully furnished ready to move in Mortgage free and all legal fees + stamp duty paid. Transfer of the property + car will be made by Raffall and is open to all, no restrictions on anyone entering. All who purchase a ticket and answer the question correctly are entered into the draw. The winner will also get €5,000 cash. The draw will take place on the 20th December 2020 or when all tickets are sold whichever is soonest. Deeds of Transfer for both prizes will be completed by either the winners choice of solicitor or by Raffall Solicitor, all legal fees are paid so winner has no costs whatsoever.
