We, the Northern Powerhouse, are a group of colleagues from NatWest who share a common interest in supporting the children of the future. We are aiming to raise £10,000 by January 2021 and with your support we will be able to do this! The money raised will be used to support underprivileged children for the Prince’s Trust. We believe every child deserves a fair chance in life. The Trust has helped over 950,000 young people to date and supports over 100 more each day. More than three in four children on the Trust will start something amazing moving into jobs, education and training. £3 could buy the course materials needed to teach a young person the basics of starting a life changing business £15 could pay for a young person’s maths qualification. £100 could fund a two hour session that helps a young person overcome self-destructive behaviour. £250 could support a young person struggling at school to finish their education by attending an after-school club. £1,000 could fund a day of speed interviews, getting thirty five young people in front of life changing opportunities with potential employers. £4,500 could unlock confidence and self-discipline in seven young people on a twelve week personal development course. £9,00 could get five young people from a chaotic background the skills to thrive with a two week course that will help them stabilise their lives, and get them ready to succeed.
