My friend Mash P, a musician from Freetown, Sierra Leone, has the opportunity to come to the UK to study music. As a street kid from West Africa, I cannot stress enough how life-changing this will be for him. He needs to have money in an account to qualify for his visa. There's a fundraiser here, but I am also raffling a guitar to raise funds for him. The guitar is a Gibson Hummingbird, originally wine-red, that I had resprayed white (still has red pick guard). I toured with this guitar for years, it's a favourite of mine. It's slightly battered by years on the road, but in good working condition, both as an instrument and with the pickup (Fishman piezo under the bridge). Comes with Gibson case.
