Vintage Singer sewing machine made in the UK, 1910. Mechanics still in working order. Unique serial number can be looked up to confirm year and place of construction. A fantastic and unusual conversation starter to have in any room of the house. I’ve been cleaning the metal areas to bring out the old ‘shine’ in her. At over 100 years old and being heavy cast iron there is plenty of character. Shipping within the UK included with ticket price. Collection in Leeds is also an option if needed. There was only ever ONE Singer factory in the whole of the UK - Clydebank’s Kilbowie factory in the West of Scotland. Other factories around the world included countries Germany, America, Canada and Russia. This is a great chance to have a piece of Great British history in your home. Raffle will run until May, or until all tickets have sold. Good Luck!
