The CWO North West Raffle is open to Conservative Party and Conservative Women's Organisation members only due to licencing restrictions, if you would like to purchase a ticket but are not a CWO member please first join the CWO here: https://conservativewomen.uk/join-the-cwo/ The winning tickets will be drawn at our CWO North West Becoming a Councillor Event on Wednesday 25th November. We will get in touch with the winners who are not attending this event directly. Prizes include: 1 night stay for 2 people with breakfast at a 4-star Yorkshire Hotel. A meal for 2 (various north west locations, the winner can choose) "Funky Hamper" which will contain a bottle of Prosecco and a box of Belgian chocolates. A new design for 2020, our Ayes/Noes socks allude to the voting process in the chamber of the House of Commons. Presented in eco-friendly compostable bags made from potato starch. Fits adult sizes 6 - 11 80% cotton, 15% polyamide, 5% elastan Machine washable "Ayes to the right" The lobbies either side of the House of Commons Chamber are used when the House divides for a vote. Members of Parliament vote by walking through one of these lobbies and are counted as they do so. Those voting in favour always use the lobby to the right (the Aye Lobby) and those voting against use the lobby to the left (the No Lobby). Hence the phrases ‘Ayes to the right’ and ‘Noes to the left’.
