Normally at this time of year, we would be beavering away, preparing for our Christmas Fair. This annual event provides a wonderful opportunity to fundraise for the school. Due to the current unprecedented times we find ourselves living in, we didn’t feel it was appropriate to ask local businesses to donate items to support a Christmas Fundraiser this year. Instead, we have focused on our Christmas Projects to spread kindness, community spirit & festive joy! However…we are delighted to announce that we have been very kindly gifted: ‘At The Flix Drive-In Christmas Movie’ family tickets! We would love to utilise this kind gesture to fundraise for our children. We have 9 family tickets for ‘At The Flix Drive-In Christmas Movies’ up for grabs! So, for your chance to win, we invite you to take part in our online competition! Competition is now open and closes at 2pm on Monday 7th December. Tickets are £1 each, and you can buy as many tickets as you wish. You will be required to answer a (super easy) entry question as you purchase each ticket. All raffle tickets that contain the correct answer to the (super easy) entry question will be entered into an automated draw, where the system selects winners at random. Winners will be announced when the raffle closes (either after the last ticket is sold, or after the raffle closes on 7th December at 2pm). The winning tickets will be emailed to the lucky recipients once the raffle has closed, and winners should confirm receipt of their prize on Raffall. Regular updates & information will be posted via Doonfoot PS Parent Council Facebook Page and via our Year Group Reps during the raffle. Please ensure you have access to these methods. Xpressions will not be utilised over the weekend. Please note: Raffall is a secure and transparent online platform. The link will display all raffle details within your device, enabling you to enter immediately, without having to download or install the Raffall mobile application. There are 500 tickets available. Entrants can purchase raffle tickets using a credit/debit card, bank transfer or Raffall credit. ‘At The Flix Drive-In Movie’ events take place at Car Park 3, Prestwick Airport KA9 2PL. ‘At The Flix Drive-In Christmas Movie’ events will only go ahead once in Tier 2 (or above). If the event is unable to go ahead, tickets will be honoured for a future ‘At The Flix’ event. Doonfoot PS Parent Council offer no refunds or exchanges in the event of cancellation.
