The goats of Llandudno have been everywhere in the news and on social media recently. Endearing images of goats roaming the deserted streets, munching hedges and getting into gardens have brought joy to many people in these testing times. With this in mind I have created a painting based on their antics. Goats on the streets are a direct consequence of the lockdown and desertion of the streets by humans following the outbreak of Coronavirus. In all probability the goats wouldn't be there otherwise, and I wouldn't have had the chance to paint them doing goaty things in an alien environment. Therefore I feel it's only right that our hard-pressed doctors, nurses and volunteers should benefit from money raised from this painting.
