This 3 bed house is situated near Featherstone, West Yorkshire and has lots of great benefits: 3 minute walk to the local Primary school 5 minute walk to the local post office 7 Minute walk to the train station (regular trains to Leeds, Wakefield, Pontefract, etc) 10 minute drive to Castleford Xscape/Outlet village Close to M62 Rural location great for homes and dog walking (my dog particularly likes the duck ponds which are a 5 minute walk away) Very friendly neighbours (my neighbours son offered to help digging up the garden!) Shared parking at the front of the property It is the perfect home for someone looking to get on the property ladder, as a second income (rental value £600 pcm) or as a way of getting your adult kids to move out 😂. The competition is set to end on 31st December 2021 at 10am (or earlier if all the tickets are sold before then). If the minimum ticket allowance is not met the winner will receive 75% of the ticket revenue from Raffall and I will keep the property (and receive nothing). It’s a win, win situation for the winner.
