The lucky winner will receive a brand new fully fitted bathroom and absolutely everything will be taken care of from the initial visit to put the plans together to the full rip out of the old suite, tiles, plaster etc! A skip will be provided for the waste and then the full rebuild of your brand new bathroom will begin. The prize includes a P/bath or shower tray with shower screen, thermostatic mixer shower with rainforest shower head, sink and vanity unit, toilet, towel heater, mirror wall cabinet, walls tiled from floor to ceiling, floor tiled and plastic ceiling with up to 6 downlights. The prize covers a bathroom up to the size of 2.5m wide x 2.5m long x 2.4m high, this equates to a total open floor space of 6.25sq/m before anything is installed. (If your bathroom is larger than this, get in touch before buying a raffle ticket and we can discuss any additional cost that may be incurred if you was to win) This size has been set above the average size of a UK bathroom which is 2.4m x 1.8m, this is to try and accommodate for people with larger than average bathrooms but we can't accommodate for every possible size bathroom unfortunately. Upon winning the prize, you will be contacted to arrange an initial viewing to put the plans together, then a date will be set for the work to commence. The draw will only take place once all the tickets are sold. This is why the draw date is so far away, the quicker the tickets sell out, the quicker the draw will take place!
