On the 9th February 2021 our daughter was born, her name is Margot-Valentina, she was born with several heart defects that need major surgeries over the coming years, the main defect is that only half of her heart has formed and her life is expected to run for 25/30 years but we all carry hope that things improve by then and she can live forever. Margot has already had open heart surgery at just 5 days old (Norwood Procedure) this is the first of many. We want to raise some money to give back to the NHS. We are incredibly lucky to have the NHS on our doorsteps and for free, every single staff member plays their role to keep the NHS going, they work long hours, they work with great care, with passion and a smile to keep parents like us going. They have given us HOPE. The work does not stop there, they have continued to give Margot the special care that she requires, and will do in the future when she has more surgery. They are the saviour to us and we are forever thankful for what they have done/doing for our precious girl. Our 15 year old nephew has donated this jersey to help raise some money. he won it on the 'shirt off the back' raffle back in 2017 and was worn by the captain David Clarke, this is now a retired shirt. he hopes to raise money to help the future for his baby cousin.
