The house is ready for you to turn the key and move in...or use as investment property at €850 per month...an Air B&B business at €40 per room per night or sell and keep the profits, the choice is yours! I will cover all legal fees and your stamp duty...and throw in an extra €5000 for you to re-do as you wish. All this AND...
