Win a Beautiful Off-Grid Eco Tiny House, Including Solar. This (not so tiny) Tiny House is very high spec, off grid, built to the highest standards and comes with a lifetime guarantee from the manufacturers. 5% of all proceeds will be shared between Simon Homeless Charity and Cork Penny Dinners. (provided ticket sales target is reached) This bespoke build was commissioned by the current owners a year and a half ago. It consists of an open plan kitchen-living Room, with underfloor heating, and a "Hobbit" wood burning stove. There is a sliding door that leads to the bathroom and a very large shower, and includes "The Villa" high spec composting loo (includes integral fan, no odours.) A staircase with storage leads to two double bedrooms, with head height in the upper floor (unusual for a tiny house). Up to 6 ft in the mezzanine bedroom and 5 ft 7 in the private bedroom, which are interconnected by a landing. This house is amazingly spacious inside and with a pull out sofa bed, can sleep up to six people. This is a mobile tiny house on wheels, with a very high quality chassis. The house measures: 25 ft long x 8 ft wide, and 14.5 ft high. The house is flooded with light due to the many windows, 9 in total, and the total house height is 14.5 ft, giving it a very spacious feel. This off-grid house comes with four extra large separate solar panels, connecting through to a utility box which contains; "The Smart Victron Energy System" with 6 large batteries, including a digital display which provides all information required, and can be routed to a smart phone or tablet. The same utility box contains a water tank and boiler. The house can also be plugged into mains electricity if necessary. ALL ENTRANTS MUST: ensure they have somewhere to put this house, up to 4,000 euro will be set aside for professional delivery to the winner's land, within the Republic of Ireland. The house does not come with furniture. The lifetime warranty gets passed to the new owners. Once the house is moved from the current owner's land they (the current owners) are no longer responsible.
