The 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom home is tastefully furnished throughout and sleeps up to 8 people. The recently refurbished family room features a 55” flat screen smart HD-TV, DVD, formal dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is an eating area overlooking the pool perfect for breakfasts in the sun. Enjoy almost 1,600 square feet under air conditioning, your own personal pool, (recommend heating from Oct – Jan) with covered porch area. There is a large open space behind the property – you can enjoy the pool without the feeling the neighbours are too close! There are two master bedrooms, (with king and queen size beds respectively) the King having its own en-suite bathroom and a safe. The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds. All bedrooms have flat screen cable TV’s – 32” in the masters and 24” in the twins. The games room is provided with pool and air hockey tables and a seated chill out area when away from the parks. Enjoy a drive in the iconic Caterham at the famous Brands Hatch Race Circuit. Whilst road legal this little car delivers a big punch in terms of speed and fun being built specifically for the track. A half day session will see you throw (almost all) caution to the wind and very quickly learn your way around the track in the best and fastest way. Even if you have never ever done a “track day” everyone very soon gets the hang and the adrenalin starts to rush through the veins. Whether you are a budding Lewis Hamilton or a complete novice this is a great experience. If you are a non-driver then sit in the passenger seat and see how it should be done.
