Someone is going to have to make this very decision when they win our spacious family home in South Tyneside.
The draw is set to take place on Christmas Eve at the latest so you could be waking up on Christmas morning with something bigger in your stocking than you expected!
Our home is located 5 minutes walk away from a beautiful park with children's play area, band stand, dog walk area, bowls green, tennis courts and more. We're also only 8 minutes drive from the beaches in South Tyneside including the pleasure beach and piers.
There are great transport links including plenty of car parking spaces, two metro stations within walking distance and bus stops at the end of the road for transport into Sunderland or Newcastle as well as the local town centre.
Buying tickets helps us to be able to move closer to our family and also raise funds for a very deserving charity.
If we hit our goal of selling all 200,000 tickets we'll be donating £50,000 to Grace House in Sunderland. The charity aims to enrich the lives of disabled children, young people and their families in the local area by offering short breaks for disabled children, counselling, family activities, youth groups and much more. The donation will go towards funding a wheelchair accessible swing as well as the good work done at Grace House.
