Mitsubishi Electric AP wall mounted air conditioning unit fully installed. Perfect for bedrooms / living rooms / offices / small conservatories. The unit is sized to both efficiently cool and heat a room of up to 25 m2 or a conservatory of up to 15 m2. (with ceiling heights of no more than 3m) System consists of an indoor wall mounted unit and outdoor condenser unit. Maximum distance between indoor and outdoor unit of 10m. Outdoor unit is to be installed at ground level. Indoor unit is to be mounted to an outer wall. System requires 1x 13amp plug outlet to be available. (Alternative unit positions may be available upon request prior to delivery and installation.
