Play our Christmas Raffle today! Our raffle is an easy way to support Merrylee Primary School while giving you the chance to win fabulous prizes! Tickets are just £1 each – buy yours now to be in with a chance of winning! Raffle to be drawn on Wednesday 15th December 12 noon. The SEC has announced that Sanjeev Kholi will join the cast of this year’s star-studded, 3D winter panto, Aladdin, in the role of the wicked Abanazar. The Glasgow actor, best known for his role as shopkeeper Navid in BBC’s Still Game, joins a line-up that includes much-loved funny man Corporal Gary McLintoch, otherwise known as Gary: Tank Commander, and comedian, singer and River City actor, Leah MacRae. Packed with all the traditional pantomime ingredients SEC audiences know and love, Aladdin will feature laugh out loud comedy, incredible 3D effects, beautiful costumes and plenty of boos and hisses in a production packed with flying carpets, a wish-granting genie, an evil sorcerer and a plate or two of Gary’s much-loved cheesy pasta.
