Our son Hudson has Osteogenesis imperfecta, a genetic disorder in which bones fracture (break) easily. This is the primary reason behind our move to a warmer climate in Spain with plenty of natural sun light and vitamin D which will be beneficial for Hudson. We will also be making a donation to the Brittle Bone Society. We would love to give somebody the opportunity we had in winning some amazing life changing prizes. The deal: You will receive a large 4 bedroom detached property located in Yorkshire along with a Range Rover sport (car) and a Kawasaki Ninja 636, all legal fees and stamp duty will be paid, the price per ticket is just £2! The property: The house was built by 5 star house builder Strata Homes. Modern deco and high quality fixtures and fittings, spacious rooms set over 3 floors, open planned kitchen/diner to the rear with the addition of phillips smart lighting throughout (controlled by an app) along with a nest heating system and smoke alarms. The ground floor: Welcoming entrance hall with w/c, spacious lounge to the front and a large modern kitchen/dinner to the rear with all modern features. Comes with all white goods and also has beautiful French doors leading on to back garden. The first floor: Three good sized bedrooms all decorated in natural tones and a modern 3 piece family bathroom with white suite & chrome shower.
