Raffle Summary
This raffle is to help raise funds for Jude Mellon-Jameson's campaign with Solving Kids' Cancer. Jude was diagnosed with High Risk Neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive cancer, the day before his third birthday last year. His diagnosis carried a 40-50% chance of long term survival. Jude has responded well to his treatment so far but the chance of relapse is high and should he relapse his chance of long term survival plummets to around 5%. We, his family, are fundraising to get him additional treatment if his NHS treatment has got him to remission by the time it’s finished. 2 X LITTLE MIX TICKETS (SHEFFIELD SHOW) & SIGNED PHOTO CARD One pair of tickets to see the Little Mix show in Sheffield on Tuesday 19th April 2022. A lead guest name (this person must be in attendance for the show) must be provided by the winner on Thursday 14th April 2022, as well as a postal address for the signed photo card. Full details of how to access the tickets will be sent directly to the prize winner once the raffle has closed and winner is selected. The tickets are for the Sheffield date only and are non transferable. Attendees must be 14+ years or accompanied by an adult (18+ years) within the ticket allocation. Included in the prize are 2 show tickets plus signed photo card only. Any travel and/or accommodation arrangements are not included. Donated by Modest Management
