Red Panda Films are producing a series of powerful short films in support of stigmatized mental health topics. Our first film "Across the Ocean" focuses on the impact of loss, in particular the loss of a child. The idea behind this endeavour stems from a very sad experience in our close surroundings. We realised there's very little support for bereaved parents and decided to do something about it. As filmmakers, we understand the impact of storytelling and hope to create a series of shorts with powerful messages and helpline numbers for affected people. We feel strongly about this cause and hope to contribute by lifting the shame surrounding mental health topics. If only one life can be saved in this way, we feel our endeavour is worthwhile and hope so do you. Thank you for your support.
