Time for You provides women with a safe and welcoming space to take a break and have a pamper, whilst highlighting the importance of emotional wellbeing in the childbearing year. As part of the event we hold a raffle of fantastic prizes, donated by local companies to raise funds for the counselling service provided by Frome Birth Talk.

Djembe Tots 1x free music session for little ones with a world music flavour in Frome. Baby and Toddlers sessions on Tuesday and Friday mornings at The Canoe Club in Frome. Your little one will listen to our voices singing along to a mixture of live percussion instruments including African drums, xylophone, guitar and more. We will sing with your little one and encourage lots of movement!
