Everyone at The Assembly House is devastated by the recent earthquakes that have hit Turkey and Syria: and we want to ask you to help us to help those in need. Dzhulay Eredzheb (her first name is pronounced 'July') grew up in Istanbul, moved to the UK in 2015 and joined The Assembly House team in 2017. She is family to us and so it stands to reason that her family are our family too. At the moment, her family are directly affected by the devastation in Turkey. We asked our incredible hospitality colleagues for help and have put together a fabulous raffle to raise funds to support the Disaster Emergency Committee’s appeal. All proceeds will provide for funds to go towards search and rescue missions, medical treatment, shelter for those who have lost their homes, heaters for spaces and winter kits with blankets, warm clothes and ensuring people have food and clean water. Thank you in advance for your support and to our incredible colleagues: as ever, we are overwhelmed by the big hearts of our customers and the hospitality family in Norfolk. The prize draw will be on March 10 2023.
