Our competitions are aimed at giving people the best value and odds for their prizes. ***If you're entering the competition from outside the UK, please read carefully below*** 1) The Raffall website is governed by UK law, which allows non-UK residents to enter into our lotteries and competitions 2) For our US members, whether you’re legally allowed to enter depends on your individual state’s gambling and competitions laws. Outside of the US, each country has its own laws on entering. I don’t know who polices such things and what the penalties are, so each individual member outside the UK assumes responsibility for making sure they’re covered legally. 3) Raffall doesn’t pay me out until the prize winner has confirmed to them that they have received their prize via their Raffall account. This stops people from running off with ticket money and not delivering on prizes. 4) The other part of Raffall’s anti-scam system: if for any reason a prize cannot be paid out then the winner automatically gets 75% of ticket revenue and Raffall keeps the other 25%. 5) I have allowed affiliate links on this competition. This means that Raffle can give you a “Share and Earn” link without you having to sign up as an affiliate. I’ve set the Commission at 15% so if any of you have friends, family, or even your own communities then you can share the link with them and if they enter your commission gets paid out when the competition closes.
