 To be in with a chance of winning, all you need to do is purchase a £5 raffle ticket. For the first month you can also buy 4 tickets and get 1 extra for free! All proceeds from the raffle go to the Motor Neurone Disease Association, where much-needed research is being carried out in the search for an effective treatment and a cure.
