This raffle is to support Challenge 112! 💫 We’ve all struggled with our mental health at some point and that’s one of the reasons why at Kronik Warrior, we feel so passionately about mental health and wellbeing. 💙 Did you know that in 2022, 112 people lost their lives to suicide every week? In order to shine a light on mental health struggles, our directors decided to undertake CHALLENGE 112. 💪 ⭐️ Luiz will push 112km on an Invictus Active wheelchair treadmill. ⭐️ Martin will run 112 miles on a leg powered treadmill. ⭐️ Chris will complete 112, 2 minute wheelchair boxing rounds. Private Coaching with Lead SEND Boxing & Fitness Coach 1:1 Sessions with Lead Coach, Luiz Faye Level up your adaptive boxing skills and soak up the knowledge of the country’s most experienced adaptive boxing coach. You shall begin to develop your punch selection, defence, ring craft and boxing IQ with bespoke personal training sessions. You will work individually with Luiz, focusing on any specific areas you would like to explore. The sessions combine strength and conditioning exercises with adaptive boxing skills and drills, which can help to improve overall fitness, core stability and overall upper body strength. There is no pressure to jump in the ring! Consider it to be boxing moves for the functional benefits and not for the fight!
