Win an off grid lifestyle for £10! Recently advertised for sale for almost £25,000, is my current home a 46ft classic Narrowboat. I have a new dream to build and move onto, so have decided to raffle my boat to give someone the chance to win and start their dream for as little as £10! With tickets limited to 3000, this raffle offers realistic odds for a winner to change their life. With initial ticket bundles those odds become very low! Get 10 tickets for £30 lowering your odds dramatically MINIMUM NUMBER OF TICKETS- In order to offer the boat as a prize I need to sell a minimum number of tickets (to prevent homelessness😂) So if less than 2000 tickets are sold then the winner will receive a guaranteed cash prize of 75% of all ticket revenue (see the Raffall guarantee below). I don’t get a penny if the boat is not given away so this is not a money making scheme ! Details of the boat below: “A live aboard project ready to move onto with much scope to improve and personalise according the the new owners circumstances and preferences. The ‘middle living area’ could be converted to a double bedroom, or even a new kitchen. Make her a comfy full time 2 berth or occasional 4 berth. The stern has a lovely large deck for enjoying cruising and outside relaxing . The boat is powered by a Lister S2 engine, an historic classic engine in itself. She’s has a large solar panel and leisure batteries. But I do not use these and run a 240v system using an ECO flow power pack. She’s was over-plated around 2004 with a 10mm base plate and 7 mm on the sides. A hull survey from 2019 when she was blacked has comprehensive thickness tests. BSS certificate till 2025 She is a lovely boat, a liveable project with plenty of potential to improve and update for the new owners, increasing her value as they do.

She needs (for info not an exclusive list ) A new window A new stopcock for water tank Some TLC Probably benefit from good paint Licensing with CRT circa £1000 p.a NO MOORING - needs to move every 14 days on the canal network (continuous cruiser)
