Raffle Summary

I'm raffling off this seven string Anglo-saxon style Lyre to raise money for the food banks local to me. The body and head are Ash, the soundboard is Lime with Beech tuning pegs, bridge and tail piece. The strings are Flurocarbon, giving a similar sound to natural gut but without the unreliability. The instrument is based on several early medieval Lyres such as the Sutton Hoo, Trossingen and Kravik lyres. This can be used in reenactment and compact size makes it easy to transport and store. The Lyre comes with a tuning tool made of Ash that fits over the tuning pegs nicely. All proceeds from the raffle will be going with me to the local supermarket to buy food for my local food banks and I'll be covering the cost of postage myself. Due to this the raffle is only available to people within mainland UK. Thanks for reading. Let's help some people out this Xmas.
