Sweepstake Summary

This Pink Darlington Flyer made by Reeves Electro is a beautiful one-off - normally it comes in blue (which looks great too!). Reeves Electro reached out to us to make this specially to help us raise as much as possible. Normally very hard to get hold of, this wicked fuzz pedal is definitely worth buying some tickets for! This raffle, run by The Pink Guitar Project, is raising funds for the breast cancer charity Breast Cancer Now. 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their life. Around 76% of women diagnosed with Breast Cancer will survive for more than 10 years, and this number continues to grow. By raising money for research, we can make that number higher and higher, giving people a better chance of long term survival. The Pink Guitar Project is collaborating with some amazing guitar and pedal builders to make wonderful pink gear to sell for charity; there will be a few pink guitars, several pink fuzzes, a board full of pink pedals and more! Some will be sold via auction, and some will be raffled off like this! You can sign up to the newsletter on our website: www.thepinkguitarproject.org or follow us on Instagram @thepinkguitarproject to find out when other raffles are launched, and to see what will be coming and hear how much we raise! You can buy as many tickets as you like for each raffle. We will ship to the countries listed at this link https://www.thepinkguitarproject.org/empty-page and we will cover the shipping and customs costs for you. Good luck! And thank you :)

1 Prize

  • This is a fantastic, huge sounding fuzz pedal made by Reeves Electro - in his and his daughter Izzy's Daughterboard series. These are really hard to get hold of normally, as they are made in small batches and sell out quickly every time! 'A single transistor fuzz, although the Darlington Flyer is switchable between two very different sounding transistors. One is a 1979 Motorola MPSA013 Darlington for smooth, compressed sustain and the other is a late 80s Philips Silverface BC546 for a much more open, gritty and slightly gated feel. Fixed fuzz with a volume and fat / skinny switch. Honestly it's a beast. Izzy builds these fuzz pedals in our garden workshop in Northamptonshire UK. This includes painting, drilling, and screen printing the design onto the enclosures. Izzy populates the vintage style circuit board with the finest components. We finish the entire pedal to a standard that looks as good inside, as it sounds on the outside. It might be covered up but when you're in that moment you KNOW the mojo you have under the hood.'
