If the winner is not able to come to Miami within 30 days of winning and at least 15,000 tickets have been sold, then he/she will receive US $10,000 instead. - Must be 18 and over to win. - To receive any prize, winner must agree to be filmed by Big will jewelry or provide video footage related to the receipt of the prize(s).
