The Deal, You will receive this magnificent 5 bedroom Victorian Gentleman's Residence located in West Yorkshire within very close proximity to Manchester, Leeds and Sheffield, with a fully stocked wine cellar. The deal includes all legal fees and stamp duty. After some real soul searching with my family and being inspired by another house prize competition on this site, we thought we would give one lucky person the chance to make their dream come true and own a fine, substantial, Victorian property overlooking a 30 acre Victorian park. The price is only £2 per ticket, you have to be in it to win it. The Property The house was built in 1868 for a wealthy local mill owner on a tree lined road locally known as millionaires row, overlooking the beautiful park. The property has over 3600 sq ft of living space and retains much of its original character, sash windows, high ceilings, covings, 10" skirting boards, picture rails, grand staircases, banisters etc, while at the same time being ultra modern inside, with modern kitchen and bathrooms. There is also a new central heating system installed and the hive smart system for lights and heating fitted which is controlled by an app on your phone. There are also up to date hard wired smoke alarms and a burglar alarm too. To the ground floor - you enter through a large oak door in the entrance vestibule which has the original mosaic flooring and leaded window, you then proceed through a leaded glass door into the grand hallway which has the staircase to the first floor and doors to the lounge, drawing room, kitchen which then has further access to the dining room, cloakroom/wc, rear hall and stairs to the lower ground floor. The kitchen has solid wood work surfaces, white wooden wall and base units, breakfast bar, integral dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and wine fridge, there is also an american style fridge/freezer with ice maker and water dispenser too. All windows from the kitchen and dining room over look the rear garden. When the prize has been won, the prize winner will have the title of the house transferred to them using a local solicitor and the ticket revenue will be transferred form Raffall to the solicitors client account in the usual way. The solicitor will then clear the title of any encumbrances, mortgages etc and the new lucky winner will own the property outright. All pictures are of the actual property that you will win, if the raffle fails to sell the the amount of tickets available, Raffall will pay out 75% as a cash prize alternative to the one lucky winner and the property will be retained by us, we do not make any income from this. I will also be making a substantial donation to the Clarendon wing, ward 52 at Leeds General Infirmary Hospital where my daughters life was saved by the great staff there. If the host fails to provide a prize, the winners will receive a share of the compensation amounting to 75% of all ticket sales.
