Thank you so much for entering the raffle to help me raise funds for my nephew Tom who is in turn raising funds for the Mid and South Essex Hospital Trust. Tom along with his teammates are doing the Three Peaks Challenge, climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowden in 36 hours. The Mid and South Essex Hospital Trust is close to their hearts and they are going to be doing their best to raise as much money as possible. I really wanted to help Tom raise funds and support his effort. Fund-raising through Art is something that is ongoing in my life and if you follow me on social media you know we've done it before, so what better way to help Tom than to create a painting. I say we've done it before because you are the most generous of supporters and have got behind every cause I have raised money for. I am so grateful, thank you very, very much. All the money raised on the raffle will be paid into Tom's Just Giving Account so it goes straight to the Hospital Trust So ... here it is. Glencoe never fails to inspire and when I was there in February I got to witness all the lovely winter colours and brooding atmosphere. I love a dark stormy sky, between the sky and that hulking great mass of rock, Mother Nature is reminding us who is boss. Atmospheric and dramatic what more could I ask for! If you connect with nature , love walking in the hills , use the mountains to escape the hurly burly of life , give it a go.
