Enter to win our New Years Day draw for our beautiful 4 bedroom, detached home in Sussex. Nestled between the beach and the South Downs in Shoreham By Sea. Located 5 miles along the coast from Brighton. The house is situated in a quiet street and makes the perfect family home. Featuring a large private driveway, garage, lean-to, separate dining area, fitted kitchen, bar & large west facing rear garden. It has been a joy to raise our family of 5 within. As we plan for a life elsewhere in 2025 we are really happy to use Raffall to allow someone a life changing moment and to win our property. It's not an auction so it can be won by someone with a single ticket. We love the idea that another family could have the same security, peace and enjoyment that we have enjoyed living here for the past 6 years and win it in an instant for the price of an entry ticket.
