Raffle Summary
Each year I host a raffle to raise funds for The National AIDS trust, so here we go again and it’s bigger and better than ever before! I raised funds for this charity as it’s a cause close to my heart. I was diagnosed HIV positive nearly ten years ago now and I use my platform and voice to stamp out the stigma that still surrounds HIV & AIDS. I am very lucky in that my diagnosis didn’t impact my life nor did it impact those around me but this isn’t always the case for many others. Lack of education surrounding HIV & AIDS means that judgement is made of those with this chronic illness and in some cases many people commit suicide due to the stigma attached to HIV & AIDS. The charity do amazing work in supporting those with HIV & AIDS whilst also supporting those affected by the condition. So far with your help I have raised over £13’000 and let’s try and hit £20’000 with this one! Thank you for all your support as always, Andrew x
