I’m 2024 has not been my year. Over the summer I had a suspected TIA (mini stroke) then in October I was hospitalised with a suspected heart attack. Turned out to be myocarditis. I will make a full recovery but have been told no exercise for 6 months. So, the good bit!! I had an entry to the Rat Race Sea to Summit Trilogy Series 2024, which I obviously couldn’t take part in and can’t get a refund for. So I’ve decided to give away my deferred entry voucher worth £350 to be spent on ANY Rat Race entry. https://www.ratrace.com/ I also intend to give a percentage away to The British Heart Foundation.
