About the retreat: Start each day with a dynamic vinyasa class, with options for all levels— whether you are new to yoga or a more advanced practitioner — you will have the opportunity to move at your own pace. You'll also enjoy four restorative Yin yoga sessions, where you'll hold poses for longer periods, releasing tension and inviting stillness. Three breathwork sessions will deepen your connection to your breath, mind, and body. ​ Yoga and breathwork sessions will take place in our private yoga shala, outdoors by the lotus flower lake or underneath the old Banyan tree in the gardens of the hotel. Our private chef Emily Reynolds - from Emily's in Arugam Bay - will prepare healthy, home-cooked meals tailored to your dietary needs. Simply let us know your preferences in advance. You’ll also explore the natural beauty of Sri Lanka with two half-day safari trips to Udawalawe and Yala (Block 5 & 6) National Parks, where you’ll have the chance to encounter elephants, monkeys, leopards, an array of stunning birds and so much more.
