There is ample parking at the property and excellent broadband services available. So we decided to raffle our property on Raffall for two reasons really, the first being we wanted to cut out the need for an estate agent and the second reason being we wanted to give people a chance at having a property who might be struggling to find somewhere to rent or struggling to get a mortgage. If you win our home all fees will be paid and the house comes fully furnished so all you have to do is move in!! Additional information: Bus service literally around the corner. Dublin is only 1hr 30mins drive. Shops, schools, Gp etc.. within walking distance. If less than 20,000 tickets are sold however the winner will receive a cash prize amounting to 50% of the total ticket revenue generated for the competition. Raffall will also get their percentage. We have also decided that 2% of revenue generated will be donated to C.A.P.S which stands for Cavan Autism Parents Support.
