Our raffle has 39 prizes! There is a selection of gifts, experiences and vouchers to use in Torbay. We are eight local Explorer Scouts raising money to undertake a 10-day, unaccompanied expedition to Italy in April 2025 to achieve one of Scouts’ top awards – the Explorer Belt. This challenge involves planning a realistic itinerary, travelling 50 hours on foot, completing a major project (investigating local sporting opportunities) and daily mini projects assigned by our Leaders. They’ll be meeting Scout groups along the way. This will help develop essential employment skills such as communication, leadership, project management, budgeting, problem solving and risk assessing.
