Win Giuseppe Giusti Luxury Balsamic Vinegar Collection
Raffle Summary
When Luciano Pavarotti hosted a charity auction for his foundation, he requested a single item of high value to be auctioned. The Giusti Family, who have been masters of balsamic making since 1605, created this collection, the "scrigno". The Scrigno includes the full Giusti historical collection; a range of five different Balsamic Vinegar of Modena that exemplify the diversity and complexity that masterful production, and careful aging can result in. Alongside the historical collection are five premium Balsamic Vinegar of Modena condiments, each aged in a single barrel made from a different type of wood; Oak, Cherry, Chestnut, Mulberry, and Juniper. With a retail price of £325, this is truly a special prize. A spectacular gastronomic experience awaits any fine food lover who gets their hands on this stunning collection. 10% of all donations will go to Maggies Swansea, a charity very dear to us at O&O.
