PLEASE READ ALL THE DESCRIPTION! The prize will consist of a room up to 7mtr wide x 4mtr deep, smaller if required. The garden room will be built under permitted development rules. The garden room will be built using The Garden Room Gurus LTD current building methods. 3mtr wide Bifolds and 1 window with opener included, or smaller glazing options if not suitable. Integrated manual blinds to all glazing if suitable. Air con included if required. Underfloor heating if required. Full decoration internally. Choice of exterior cladding. Choice of flooring supplied by us. Site preparation but no excavation. If the winner is unable to have the prize for unforseen circumstances, planning, local council objection, site not accessible etc.. the winner will receive a percentage of the revenue up to the value of £40,000 if the full minimum revenue is met. No cash alternative is available for this prize.
