Hey everyone! We're Jamie and Sophie. After our previous house raffle winner Louise receiving the huge cash prize option. We're back with MUCH better odds for entrants. Our goal from the very start was to give away our home to a lucky winner and now we're stepping it up to make it happen. Please scroll down for more info and house photos! We have owned our home from new for just over three years and it is neutrally decorated throughout. 📍Location: A great location with countryside on your doorstep, but also just 10 minutes from the M1, making it ideal for those that need to commute to work, but also want to enjoy the peacefulness of a quiet area. - Close to the City Centre of Sheffield. And only a short trip to the Peak District National Park. - Other major cities like Leeds/Nottingham also easily commutable. 🐕🐾 Countryside dog walks are of abundance nearby, and so are cosy village pubs that you can stop off at during your walks! 🎨 Decorated in neutral colours throughout - Scandi/Boho vibe - makes it ideal for anyone wanting to add their own touch to the house. Or, keep as is! 🌞 Our home is South Facing so is in prime position for garden sunshine. The garden is a good size and comes with a patio area for table and chairs. 🏠 Onto the house itself: - 1092 sq/ft over three floors. Ground floor comprises a hallway, living room, utlility/downstairs toilet with built in washing machine, plus open plan kitchen diner. Plenty of storage too, and the kitchen comes with a built on microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob. - The first floor comprises of two bedrooms (one larger one with a built in storage space, and another which we currently use as an office, this room also fits a double bed in it). The first bathroom is also on this floor, consisting of upgraded fixtures and fittings, a bath and a rainfall shower. - Second Floor - Huge Master Bedroom and En-suite (with large shower). This bedroom measures 21ft by 10'4ft, so is definitely one of the selling points of the whole house. 🚘 Parking is in abundance with your own private driveway.
