Raffle Summary

On 24th May 2014 QPR secured a historic play-off final victory over Derby County at Wembley Stadium, with Bobby Zamora’s last-minute strike sealing Rangers’ place back in the Premier League. Striker Charlie Austin played a vital role throughout the 2013/14 campaign and on that afternoon would dig in deep as the Super Hoops famously overcame the Rams with only ten men, writing themselves into QPR history. As a club we are proud to support Neurodiversity Celebration Week and to help raise awareness of this, Austin is helping raise money for our Sensory Room at MATRADE Loftus Road by raffling the very boots he wore during that historic game at Wembley in 2014! This once-in-a-lifetime raffle gives YOU a chance to own a unique piece of QPR memorabilia with 100% of the proceeds going to our very own QPR in the Community Trust – aiming to support our Sensory Room which is our safe space for children and young people living with auditory, visual or sensory disorders, including autism and similar conditions. The QPR Sensory Room has been designed to make the matchday experience in west London more accessible, comfortable and enjoyable for supporters who struggle with sensory overload. The winner of this fantastic prize will also have the opportunity to be presented the boots from Charlie himself, ensuring this is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for any R’s fans. All you need to do to enter is purchase a ticket to the raffle which costs £10, and you will be in with a chance of winning this wonderful prize.
