  • Aultmore Whisky 15 year old worth £75.00 An exciting addition to the Aberfeldy range, this whisky was laid to rest for 16 years giving dark chocolate flavours and more roundness to the whisky. Finished for 6 months in Oloroso sherry casks to layer fruitcake and dried fruit flavours, Stephanie Macleod describes this a a gentle kiss of sherry. There is still plenty of citrus and honey flavour coming from the careful way that we craft our whisky at Aberfeldy Distillery.

  • Aberfeldy 16 year old worth £75 This collection of 15 Year Old Aultmore Single Malts has been born through Malt Master, Stephanie Macleod’s obsession with maturation in fine oak casks as well as her adoration of fine wine. To showcase a little-known fortified Sicilian style of wine from Italy, the Aultmore Marsala Cask Collection is a sensory journey in the art of finishing whisky. The grassy, herbal flavour profile of Aultmore is perfect for taking on an extra dimension of character. Each bottling is an exploration in the three styles of Marsala wine. With each revealing a different character of this exotic wine and how it complements the refined character of Aultmore.
