This Mental Health Awareness Week, one lucky colleague will take home this amazing prize, and in doing so, you’ll help us raise vital funds for our Charity of the Year, Mind. Why participate? This initiative serves as a powerful reminder to prioritise our mental (and physical) wellbeing. As we embrace Mental Health Awareness Week, let’s make an effort to take regular breaks, whether that means going for a walk, giving a colleague or a loved one a call or dropping them a message to see how they’re doing, or simply making ourselves a delicious coffee whilst we take some time out to check-in with ourselves.
