15 Unit beachfront hotel in Greece plus €30,000 to get you started on your new life. The hotel is right on the beach in Chrisostomos Crete, near Kali Limenes in southern Crete, Greece. It is a remote and peaceful location with wonderful views and an almost private beach. The hotel consists of 5 levels, the top level being a one bedroom apartment, a sleeping loft and additional sleeping area. A fireplace, full kitchen and wrap around 360 views of the mountains and the sea. There are also 2 more one bedroom apartments on another level, 9 bachelor apartments with kitchenettes and 3 hotel rooms. Apart from the 15 units at the hotel there is also a small staff apartment for employees. The hotel and parking area are fully fenced with a gate to close off the parking area in off season. On the top level there is a private parking area for 16-18 cars, on the lower level there is a fully equipped restaurant, reception area, public bathrooms, etc. The exterior staircase leads down to the beach where you will find umbrellas and beach loungers for the exclusive use of your guests. All furniture, bedding, kitchen and office equipment is included to facilitate running the hotel. Villa Koutsakis has been in business since 2003 and we are also on Booking.com (8.7/10 rating) and AirBnB (4.8/5 rating). We have many returning guests.
