Check out www.theyurtopian.com to see the property’s glamping resort in action. 📚SOME LEGAL STUFF: The prize will be transferred according to the mechanism set out below: Pre-Contract Period: After the winner is announced on September 30, 2025, the winner will have until October 15, 2025 to inspect the property and enter into the provided contract for purchase of the property at a price of US$1. Contract Period: If the winner is happy with the inspection, the winner may choose to enter into the provided contract for purchase of the property. The deadline for entering into the contract for purchase of the property is October 15, 2025. If (a) the winner fails to enter into the provided contract for purchase by October 15, 2025, (b) at any time while the property is under contract the winner breaches or decides to terminate the contract, or (c) if applicable laws prohibit the winner from acquiring an interest in the property, an election of the US$1 million cash option in lieu of the property transfer will be deemed to have occurred. It is anticipated that the closing of the transaction will take place on October 30, 2025, at which point the property will formally transfer to the winner. Leaseback Period: Upon closing, the winner will lease the property back to the seller until November 25, 2025. During this period the last of the guests that booked at The Yurtopian will complete their stays, and the owners will share their knowledge of the property and the short-term rental operations with the winner. A minimum of 848,500 qualifying entries is required for the main prize to be awarded. If fewer than 848,500 qualifying entries are received, the winner will receive a cash alternative based on a percentage of the total amount associated with those qualifying entries.
