About Trash Free Races Five years ago we started asking ourselves how racing could be a force for good on our trails. Instead of a reputation of heavy bass, single-use pollution and environmental damage, could events: - Look after the trails that host them? - Connect with local communities? - Inspire attendees to do the same at home? Participants may purchase and/or acquire multiple tickets, each ticket equating to one raffle entry. 2) There is no limit on purchased tickets. 3) Tickets cost £5. 4) At point of collection/purchase, a ticket holder must provide their name and a contact email, either via the physical raffle book or the digital sign up page. This is the email the winner will be notified on. 5) The raffle winner will be selected on Monday December 1st 2025. They will be notified by email to organise delivery of the prize. 6) The prize for the Raffle is a full mountain bike. This includes a Green Orbea Rallon frame in size Medium, a selection of custom Hope components, and Manitou Suspension forks and shock. 7) On accepting the prize, the winner will be asked to select several custom Hope components. By ‘custom’ we refer to product choice and colour of the brakes, hubs, chainring and cranks. 8) Trash Free Trails will cover delivery of this item to the winner. If the winner is based outside of the UK they will be expected to pay import charges. 9) Trash Free Trails and partners reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary due to availability. 10) All personal data collected will be handled in accordance with GDPR. It will be used solely for raffle administration and communication. 11) Monetary funds from the Super Bike Raffle will go directly into Trash Free Trails’ Purposeful Adventure Fund. This is an ongoing fundraising effort by Trash Free Trails, who redistribute the money to Hardly Reached communities to enable them to access outdoor adventure education and experiences.
