Discover the depth of flavour only to be found in slow-grown, grass fed beef, the way it was intended. Our grass fed cattle are free roaming all year around on the wild and natural grassland of the farm. This produces beef that is naturally marbled, tender and full of flavour. In the winter they are supplemented with our own homemade silage, free from artificial fertilisers and chemical additives. We also choose not to vaccinate our animals and only use antibiotics when absolutely necessary. All of our animals are traditionally hung for a minimum of 28 days.
